Email deletions or moves on an ActiveSync device are not reflected on the server

ActiveSync device users may experience synchronization failures in one of the following situations:|
1. They delete email on the device (move an item to the Trash folder), but the items are not deleted on the server.
2. They move an email from one folder to another on the device, but the change is not reflected on the server. The issue involves the destination folder, so it may happen only when moving items to one or two particular folders.
The issue is with the destination folder and is caused by the way the user's mail and PIM folders are identified internally.
The only solution, at this time, is to delete the item on the server as well.
One way to prevent this from happening is to turn off contact synchronization.
This issue will be resolved in a future NotifyLink Enterprise Server release.
