"Email with NotifyLink" and "Remote Lookup" menu items are missing from the Address Book application

Some BlackBerry devices running certain builds of version 4.2.1.x of the Blackberry OS prevent NotifyLink from adding these menu items to the Address Book.

Solution/Workaround:

Update your device to the newest available device software available from your carrier.
