Deleting an instance of a recurring meeting invitation

This issue involves invitations to recurring meetings sent to a user operating on Scalix CalDAV protocol. If one instance of the series is deleted on the device or by the organizer the series "shrinks" in the following manner: Example - Delete Wednesday in a daily series set for 5 days (M-F) Wednesday is deleted, however, the series is also reduced by one day (at the end of the series-in this case Friday) resulting in instances remaining only for M/T/TH on the device. Example - Delete the second instance of a weekly meeting set for 4 weeks. Meetings set for: 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28 Deleting the instance on 3/14 results in instances remaining for only 3/7 and 3/21 on the device. Additionally, if all instances are deleted in this manner, the meeting recurs forever. | |
