Android OS 5 devices syncing through NotifyLink will not sync mail/PIM with a GroupWise server

When synchronizing through a NotifyLink server, devices running Android OS 5 using a native ActiveSync account will not synchronize Email or PIM with a GroupWise server.

A work-around for this issue is to use the TouchDown application to create the mail account. Email and PIM synchronize normally under these conditions. B11948

This issue has been observed on:

-Google Nexus 6
-HTC Nexus 9
