Galaxy Note II unable to send emails with NotifyLink

Galaxy Note II running OS 4.3 is unable to send Emails from the Exchange account

 

Behavior

  • After successfully registering the device to the GO!NotifyLink server, the native email account on the phone is unable to send email
  • When you hit Send you get the message:  "Retrieving account information..."
  • The email is never sent

 Possible  Solution

  • Send the device a Calendar invitation.
  • Accept the invitation and send a response from the device.

After the response sends successfully you should be able to send email from the the native email account on the device.
