Device displays error and does not receive message sent via the GO!NLES Device Management tool

When an email message is sent through GO!NotifyLink Device Management > Send Files/Applications  a temporary error message displays on the device:  “Unable to open connection to server due to security error.”  The device does not receive the message.  B1254

This is an issue with the device and has been observed on the:

-Samsung Galaxy Nexus
