Email fields on a contact do not synchronize from the server to the device

Email address fields, on a contact created on the server, do not synchronize to the device. 

This does not occur when the contact is created on the device.  In this case, the email fields will synchronize to the server.  B6248

This is an issue with the device and has been observed on the Pantech Breakout.
