Devices may allow numeric PIN or password

When a device allows either a numeric PIN or a password, it means that when password is required, the user must either enter a code that is all numbers or that has both letters and numbers/symbols.  B1215/1216

This is an issue with the device and has been observed on the:

-LG Enlighten and Nexus 4
-HTC Desire X, EVO, First, One max, One S, Status, and Vivid
-Samsung Galaxy Grand, Galaxy Tab 10.1, Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch, Galaxy S II LTE, Galaxy Note III, Galaxy S II Skyrocket, Galaxy S III mini, Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 10, and Stratosphere
-Pantech Breakout
-Huawei 858 Smart and Ascend P1
-Motorola Droid RAZR
-Fujitsu F-12C Globetrotter
-Kyocera Rise
-Sony Ericsson Xperia acro HD SO-03D
-Sharp Aquos Crystal
