Error code 382 displays in the Email Statistics field on the User Statistics page.
Error code 382 indicates that there has been a change to the user's email folders. To resolve this, issue a request to check the mail server for folder updates.
From the Administrative Web Console:
Select User Administration > select the user in question > Edit User Policy > Folders > Check Mail Server for Folder Updates.
From the Client Web Console:
Select Mailbox Properties > Folders > Check Mail Server for Folder Updates.
The next time the account synchronizes email it should correct any problems with the folders and resume successful processing.
Note: GroupWise users have the ability to move the Mailbox from the root of the account into a sub folder causing GO!NotifyLink to report Error 382. To resolve this, drag and drop the Mailbox over the Cabinet within the GroupWise client.
