GO!NotifyLink for Oracle account displaying a 10820 error for Email Statistics

Issue:

When using Oracle, I am periodically missing email from my GO!NotifyLink device and my last email results on the User Statistics page show the error 10820 at that time.

 

 

 

Possible Solution:

Oracle has identified an issue with users who have sub-folders created beneath the Inbox.

Simply removing the sub-folders beneath the Inbox may resolve this issue.  Other folders can be created on the same level as the Inbox instead.
Once these folders have been removed from beneath the Inbox, syncing should resume and the Stats should reflect a successful sync.

The problem only occurs when users have sub-folders under the Inbox, so sub-folders can be created beneath folders other than the Inbox.
