Emailing the Log file from a Windows Mobile 5 device

Windows Mobile 5: You may at some point need to email the logging file from a Windows Mobile 5 device to Technical Support for escalated troubleshooting. Go into File Explorer on the device and locate the Notify log under My Device. Highlight the file and select Menu -> Send via E-Mail. If you get prompted to select an account, choose Outlook E-mail. Technical Support's email address is technical@globoplc.com and enter the subject of your choice. | |
