Contents of Email is not visible on BlackBerry.

Issue: After installing the NotifyLink client for BlackBerry's from the website (OTA), user cannot view the contents of an email.

Solution: Perform the client install from the web again (OTA), and only select the Dynoplex/eFile viewers. After successfully installing, reboot the device (by pulling the battery and then replacing it after 10 - 15 seconds). This will resolve the issue with not being able to view contents of an email.
