Getting prompted for the security password

In the NotifyLink admin console under User Administration -> User IT Policies -> Security, I hit the "Clear Device", "Remove Mailbox", or "Prompt for Password" buttons and now the device is prompting for a security password. What password is it looking for?

There are a few default things that you can try to enter here.
1.  The word "password" (without the quotes)
2.  The first 4 digits of the users sa key. This is found at the top of the User Administration -> User Statistics screen in the NotifyLink admin console
3.  The last 4 digits of the users sa key
