Device stops receiving mail at night

Issue: 

My device appears to stop syncing any email or PIM changes in the evening or at night.

Solution:

By default the NotifyLink device software is only set to sync between 7AM and 7PM to conserve battery and other device resources.  Thus, no automatic syncing will occur after 7PM.  This can be changed by altering the synchronization settings on the hand-held.  Please refer to the appropriate user guide for detailed instructions on how to change this "Scheduled Push Setting."
