GO!NotifyLink Enterprise Server:

Some IMAP servers specify that TLS is supported, but the implementation actually uses SSL. In this situation, the GO!NotifyLink email login will fail with error 10180 (TLS handshake error).

One example is UWash (University of Washington) IMAP4 server v2006b.373.

Using GO!NotifyLink for email over SSL, instead of TLS, will work for these servers.
