Seeing an Error Code 13 within User Statistics

GO!NotifyLink Enterprise Server:

An Error Code of 13 within User Statistics means that there is a Gleaner Time out for this user. This means that this user may be taking too long to process for mail.  Items to look into include:

1) The synchronization of many folders
2)  Synchronize All Mail
3)  You can check to see how much mail (i.e. inbox total) is being synchronized
4) Synchronizing large or multiple attachments

If you have verified the above and are still having issues then contact technical support for further assistance and troubleshooting.
