Keeping Email and PIM Accounts Clean for Maximum Functionality

The number of items in Email and PIM (Calendar, Tasks, Contacts) accounts should be kept under the required limitations to maintain functionality of GO!NotifyLink.  In addition to taxing a device's memory capacity, accounts exceeding their quantity limitations prevent GO!NotifyLink from accessing and processing newer incoming data.

For example, message quantity restrictions exist for users of GroupWise v 6.5 or earlier (versions with release date prior to January 2005).   User accounts approaching the 5000 message limit will experience functionality problems.  In versions where such limitations do not exist or have been lifted, users may still compromise functionality by not keeping accounts clean.  We recommend archiving items to keep accounts clean and under any limitations.
