Calendar event changes do not sync when processed with a PIM load

This issue involves changes made to an event on the device.  Should the event change happen to synchronize in the same cycle as a calendar load, the calendar load does not load the event change and the PIM log reveals that the appointment is deleted from the database.

To avoid this situation it is best to allow event changes to synchronize before performing a calendar load.
