Editing an All Day event in the CGP web can cause the event to move back one day

This issue occurs only for users that have their time zone set to a GMT- zone in CGP.

When using the CGP web interface, each time the user edits an all day event it will shift back one day. For example, if the user has an all day event that occurs on Wednesday and opens the event to edit the Location, the event moves to Tuesday when the change is saved.
