When setting a Global Filter, in the Administrative Web Console under Global IT Policies -> Server Policies -> Filters, any changes made will apply to all existing users, as well as new users added from this point forward.
When adjusting the Global Access Policies under Global IT Policies -> Server Policies, any changes made here will apply to all existing users, as well as new users added from this point forward.
When adjusting the Global IT Policies for all other settings except the two mentioned above, each setting will apply only to new users added from that point forward. The setting changes will not apply to existing users. To make the changes apply to existing users, the setting would need to be adjusted manually under each individual user account.
NOTE: This pertains to the NotifyLink Enterprise Server version 4.5.2 and older.
