Reply or Forward text not viewable on an HTML message

GO!NotifyLink Enterprise Server:

This issue applies to replies and forwards sent from the device when the original message is HTML. GO!NotifyLink processes all messages on the device in plain text.  When a message is replied to or forwarded and additional comments are added to the original message, this plain text addition is inserted into the original HTML email to be sent to the recipient.  Some clients, including Outlook, do not handle this view properly.  The recipient is able to view the original forwarded or replied to HTML message but they cannot see the additional plain text that has been added from the device. Using webmail access should show the email in its entirety.

For GroupWise customers:
Comments added from the device are only visible to the recipient if the GroupWise Client ‘View' option is changed to Plain Text.
