Fowarded messages from device may appear with attachment in some clients

NotifyLink Enterprise Server:

Issue:  When you forward a message from a device, the message received by the recipient(s) may contain an attachment with the email history instead of the history showing up within the body. In some clients the attachment will contain the text of the original message and in other cases the attachment will contain the text entered from the device.

Solution: NLES forwards the email the same way in each case, so the results simply vary depending on the client and backend being used.
