PIM Status shows success, but pim is not synchronizing from the server to device

Exchange:

A user's pim status may show a successful pim check when the pim check actually failed (as evidenced by a status 440 in the PIM log). This will occur when the following conditions are met: Forms-Based Authentication is enabled on the Exchange server AND Forms-Based Authentication is disabled on the NotifyLink Enterprise Server.
