Responding to a Message that has been Deleted from Server

This issue applies to users that have a wired device. If Synchronize Message Changes is not being used, a message may be deleted from the server, but still exist on the device.  If a user, from his/her device, attempts to respond to the message that has been removed from the server, there is no error reported on the device.  The same issue occurs when a user is using Synchronize Message Changes, but replies to the deleted message before he/she has had a chance to cradle the device and synchronize the changes.
