All Day Events

GroupWise:

All Day Events are handled different depending on your NotifyLink Enterprise Server version and the version of GroupWise Client installed on the NotifyLink Messaging server.

When using NLES v4.5,
     i.     If GroupWise Client v7.0 is installed on the NL Messaging server, the All Day Event flag is set in the event that is synchronized. The event will show up on the device as an All Day Event.

     ii.    If GroupWise Client v6.5 is installed on the NL Messaging server, the behavior is the same as in NLES versions prior to 4.5 (see below).

When using NLES prior to v4.5,

     i.     If the All Day Event is created on the device, the event is saved in GroupWise spanning from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

     ii.    If the All Day Event is created in GroupWise, the event is saved to the device spanning from midnight to midnight.

Upgrade Note:
All Day Events created with a version of NotifyLink prior to v4.5 will NOT be changed during the upgrade process. If such an event is modified (either on the device or on the server) after the upgrade, the All Day Event flag will be set correctly.
