Contact load with no address book seletected should send error

When doing a contact OTA load with no Address Book selected, an error message doesn't get sent to the device when Send Error Messages is enabled for Communigate Pro.

If Send Error Messages is enabled via Control Options in the Administrative or Client web, doing an OTA Load with no Address Books selected should send the message:
"No contact folders selected"
to the device.  The PIM log shows the error, but the message does not get sent.

This issue is resolved in NotifyLink Enterprise Server version 4.6.0.
