Windows Mobile ActiveSync:

Behavior
Pocket Outlook settings on the device are set to empty trash "Manually," however, items still do not appear in the Trash folder.

Cause
With Windows Mobile ActiveSync, the Deleted Items folder synchronizes in only one direction, from the device to the server.
Items in the Deleted Items folder on a user's PC will not appear on the device.
