A calendar synchronization range, consisting of a look-back and look-ahead time period, can be set for an ActiveSync device.

Look-ahead range is set on the server from the NotifyLink Calendar Sync Settings.  The default is 26 weeks and users may choose from 1 to 52 weeks.
From the Client Web select:  PIM > Calendar, and set the "weeks from today" under Synchronization Range.

The server policy's "weeks before today" option (Look-back) is ignored in favor of the look-back range set on the device.

Look-back range
is set from the device.

On iPhone
The default is 1 month and users may choose from 2 weeks, 1, 3, 6 months or All Events.  (If All Events is chosen, Look-back is set to 52 weeks.)
Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Sync.

On Windows Mobile
The default is 1 month and users may choose from 2 weeks, 1, 3, 6 months or All Events.  (If All Events is chosen, Look-back is set to 52 weeks.)
Start > Programs > ActiveSync > Menu > Options
Select the Calendar folder and tap Settings.
