"Message could not be parsed" alert during device registration

If you receive an alert that "the message could not be parsed" while attempting to register a Palm OS device this simply means that the device is finding email messages while searching for its registration.

Simply click through the messages (there may be several depending on the amount of email pending) until "registering in progress" is displayed.

If the device still does not register, ensure that registration messages were sent by clicking on "synchronize device" from the "edit user device" section of the administration page and or the client web access page.

*Note: You can also clear any pending messages before attempting to register the Palm device by selecting the "clear all new messages" button from "edit user device". "Synchronize device" must also be selected to post new registration messages.
