Switching Time Zones on Windows Mobile Devices

Windows Mobile 5:

If you have changed the time zone on your Windows Mobile device, NotifyLink will continue to use the previous time zone until you perform a soft-reset.

Workaround:

After switching time zones on the device, perform a soft-reset.
