Moving from BES to NotifyLink

If your device was registered with a BES server, please ask your BES admin to send a blank IT policy to your BlackBerry Phone. This will remove any unknown restrictions which may prohibit you using the NotifyLink service.

If your BES administrator wishes to have a policy remain on your device, please contact NotifyLink support at technical@globoplc.com. We will request a copy of the policy to ensure your NotifyLink service will work.
