Red “X” in my Blackberry NotifyLink email application.

I have a user who has the number "1" and a red "X" at the top of his Notify e-mail application screen.  He said it recently appeared but he is not sure what he did before it appeared. What do they mean?

The red "X" is indicating that there is messages stuck in the outbox. The number "1" is the number of emails that failed and are stuck in the outbox. You can click in the scroll wheel (in the NotifyLink application) and select "View Folder" and select the "Outbox" option. You should see the one email that is stuck. You can then select the email, click in the scroll wheel and select the "Resend" option (repeat until all messages have left the outbox). Be sure to click in the scroll wheel and select view folders and select the Inbox before exiting the NotifyLink application.
