Upper Ascii characters in a contact not synchronized correctly to Sun Servers

This issue involves contacts, created on a device, that contain upper ascii characters.

When a contact containing these characters synchronizes to a Sun JCS5, JCS6, or JCS7 server, the upper ascii characters do not show up properly on the server.

On JCS5 or JCS6 servers, any upper ascii character displays incorrectly.

On JCS7 servers, some upper ascii characters show up correctly, but others do not.
