Create exceptions in Outlook when possible

Exceptions to recurring appointments should be created in Outlook if
possible.  When an exception is created (or modified) in Scalix Web
Access, that appointment will not be synchronized with the device. 
This is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of Scalix Web Access.
