Meeting Maker:

This issue involves users in which one lives in a time zone that operates on Daylight Saving Time (DST) and the other does not. A recurring meeting scheduled prior to, but having occurrences after a time change will not shift the hour for one of the users. Note: Hawaii and most of Arizona DO NOT use Daylight Saving Time. Indiana adopted the use of DST beginning in 2006.

Example - User A, living in an area that does NOT use DST, creates a recurring meeting and invites User B who lives in an area that does use DST. For User B, the instances of the meeting after DST starts will not shift an hour forward.
