CGP contact fields "P.O. Box" and "Suite" are not retrieved by NotifyLink

CommuniGate Pro contact fields for "P.O. Box" and "Suite" will not synchronize to a device.

NotifyLink processes the street address field, so a workaround would be to include P.O. Box or Suite information in the address field instead.
