Occasionally an OTA load will not return all the items

Issue: Occasionally if you perform an OTA
load on a large number of items, the FirstClass server will not return
all those items. It is possible that this issue is related to the
amount of stress on the FirstClass server at the time NLES requests the
load. Solution: There is currently no solution to this issue other than to issue another OTA load. | |
