Web Server:

Due to the NotifyLink Enterprise Server and the Panda AntiVirus sharing the libxml2.dll; when trying to run the NotifyLink Web Component Installation, an error will occur during the installation process referencing the c:\winnt (or windows)\system32\libxml2.dll file was either in use or write protected and could not write to the file.

The only way to get the NotifyLink Web component to install successfully is to completely remove the Panda AntiVirus.

** Note: Removal of Panda through Add/Remove programs is not enough since it leaves its registry values.  Contacting Panda AntiVirus support for removal assistance is recommended.
