A calendar synchronization range, consisting of a look-back and look-ahead time period, can be set for the iPhone/iPod touch/iPad devices.

From the device, users may set the look-back range.  The default is 1 month and users may choose from 2 weeks, 1, 3, 6 months or All Events.  (If All Events is chosen, Look-back is set to 52 weeks.)
Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Sync.

To configure the look-ahead range, users can use the NotifyLink Calendar Sync Settings.  The default is 26 weeks and users may choose from 1 to 52 weeks.
From the Client Web select:  PIM > Calendar, and set the "weeks from today" under Synchronization Range.
Note: The server policy's "weeks before today" option is ignored in favor of the look-back range set on the device.
