New contact category doesn't appear in OWA

Exchange 2007:

Issue: If you create a new contact on the device in a new category, the new folder doesn't appear in Outlook Web Access (OWA).

Solution: There appears to be a refresh issue with Outlook Web Access (OWA) for Exchange 2007. If this issues occurs, log out of OWA and log back in and the new folder should appear with the contact in it.
