Registration credentials for On Demand users are different

NotifyLink On Demand users must use their full email address for both the email and username fields when entering their credentials during registration.  

Select Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account... > Microsoft Exchange

Enter your registration credentials:

       Email - Email address of your mail account on the groupware server

       Username - Email address of your mail account on the groupware server

       Password - Authentication Password as it appears on the NotifyLink server
