NotifyLink ActiveSync Solution: Problem: When traveling between different time zones, the time on the iPhone adjusts automatically but the calendar times do not update accordingly.
Solution: The calendar time zone is set independently of the device "general" time zone.
To change the settings, navigate to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Here you can adjust the individual time zone for your calendar.
Under "Calendars", view the "Time Zone Support" setting the default is "ON".
Time Zone Support always shows event dates and times in the time zone selected for calendars. When "OFF", events will display according to the time zone of your current location.
Whenever time zone setting changes are made on the device, they should also be made in the NotifyLink account for the user to ensure consistency. In the administrative web console, go to User Administration -> Select the user -> Edit User Device to change the time zone . Then select "Apply Change" to save the change. In the client web console, go to the General Tab and then select Device to change the time zone. Then select "Apply Changes" to save the change.
