NotifyLink ActiveSync Solution:

NotifyLink Enterprise Server Web gives users the ability to create an email "send" filter that forwards messages that arrive in the recipient's Inbox with a "Level 1" audible alert.
The level 1 notification will not occur on an iPhone/iPod touch. Messages that match such filters do not occur on these devices any differently than a regular email message.
