Question: Answer: No, this cannot currently be done. When you turn on contact syncing with NotifyLink through the Account setup on the iPhone/iPod touch/iPad, it removes all contacts that exist on the device and replaces them with those NotifyLink sends down. Also, if you have the NotifyLink contacts on the device and then try to connect the device with iTunes to sync contacts it will return an error indicating that it will not allow iTunes to sync because contacts are currently syncing over the air with MS Exchange. It will indicate MS Exchange because this is the type of account you use to set up the NotifyLink connection. Currently contacts must only be synced with one method or the other, it cannot be done with both. | |
