I cannot perform a Remote Lookup for contacts from my iPhone device or the remote lookup works, but returns only a partial list.
In some instances, removing the attribute for Company, in the NotifyLink Admin Web, resolves this issue. This will have to done by an administrator with web access.
1. Go to the NotifyLink Admin Web and select Server Administration > Edit LDAP Server.
2. Copy the BaseDN field (needed later because of a known bug)
3. Go to the "Edit LDAP Attributes" page and clear the value in the Company field. Apply changes.
5. Re-enter the BaseDN value on the "Edit LDAP Server" page and apply changes.
