This occurs when the devices does not have support for the Microsoft Mobile To Market certificate that is used to protect access to secure areas of the device operating system. The integrated security features that NotifyLink supports are a part of these protected areas, therefore since these devices do not support the certificate required to grant access, NotifyLink will be unable to install and setup the integrated security on the device. This can cause the device to lock up or freeze after registration or after a restart and require a hard reset to restore the device to working condition.

Solution/Workaround:

Update your device to the newest software/firmware available from your carrier. If the problem still exists after the update, contact your carrier for more information.
