Tentative reply to a Meeting Request results in the request being resent

Exchange:

Replying to a meeting request from a device with the 'Tentative' response results in the meeting invitation being resent in a subsequent synchronization cycle. The invitation will continue to resend each time the 'Tentative' response is used in Exchange.
