Problem:  On my BlackBerry I do not see an option to delete old calendar entries.  Other users can go under the Calendar and go into Options and they see "Keep Appointments" and are able to set a value to remove old items after a certain period of time.

Solution: This option does not appear by default on devices.  This option may only appear after setting up a personal email account for use through the native email application.  Setting up a personal e-mail account is done through the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) provided by your carrier.
