403 Forbidden when Downloading NotifyLink Client on Blackberry

When downloading the NotifyLink client on your BlackBerry, you receive a 403 forbidden error.

Go to browser on device and select the menu button. 

From the Menu button, select Options.

The top field will be '(your carrier) WAP Browser'.

With this highlighted, select menu and go to Change Option.

Through Change Option, select Internet Browser.

Once Selected, select Menu once more and Save this option.

Now attempt download once more for NotifyLink client.
