Problem:
Using the BlackBerry 4.6 OS on a BlackBerry device, the device occasionally will throw the error:
"Service Record Not Available"

Solution:
A change has been implemented to the new 4.6 OS that disables the BIS service book when data connection is poor.   Notify does not perform a search for disabled network settings, therefore Notify does not see that the BIS service book exists any longer.  The user need to switch to TCP or another network setting or they would have to wait until they get back into a better data service area to resume normal syncing. Notify is investigating a way to resolve this issue permanently.
